Description
The light bursts through the grey winter clouds and bathes the River Mersey in its soft glow.
This was the first image i took on a coldover cast day, the light was only there for a few moments and then was gone for good. The tower is for ventilation for the Queensway tunnel, the system was the largest in the world when installed around 1925.
