A warm summers sunset, the deep blue of the sky and the soft oranges and yellows high lite the stoic old lighthouse. The tide is rushing in to fill the ripples left in the sand, it will obliterate all signs left behind after the families have gone after a day spent playing on the beach.

I am Karen, i live on the Wirral in the North West of England. I am a wife and mother, i am a Photographer. I studied art and loved photography, it has now become a way of life. I am lucky to be able to spend a lot of time with my camera and it has brought me success, exhibitions and awards but it has ultimately brought me peace. I am enthralled by light and use my camera to capture that moment of softness or anger, new beginnings or days end, that emotional impact of the light at a given moment on the landscape. I keep going back to the sea and will spend hours waiting so i can make you feel what i feel when i capture a sunrise or a rainy day, a high sea or a calm moon lite night.
